Salutations!

This is me…

I am spatial. I am innovative. I manifest functional solutions by listening, observing & harmonizing. I integrate love into all that I do.

I’ve internationally worked with (residential & commercial) clients to design environments, inside, and now, I can say “outside” too!

Yes, it is with much happiness I share with you that I’ve pivoted my career to further my focus on sustainability and work closely with, in my opinion, the ultimate client, Mother Nature. You can thank me later!

I will remain available for design consultations interior and/or exterior. As well as offer custom design objects & commissioned art. Please feel free to contact me!

Kelly Elizabeth Tivnan (b. 1978, Seattle, Washington) is an international spatial designer and visual artist based in the Seattle area.  After spending a decade immersed in Berlin’s vibrant creative scene, Kelly returned to thePacific Northwest, where she embraced her passion for holistic landscape design and co-founded Livingroom Landscape. Her design philosophy interweaves ecological awareness with elements of design, creating spaces that inspire connection and reflection. When not working in the garden, Kelly continues to expand her own studio practice through analog photography, drawing, collage, and painting. Her work is shaped by personal experiences, the subtle intersections of place, memory, and transformation. Her client base and works extend to parts of North America, Europe and Japan.
